If the Lenses Appear Stuck Together
In rare cases, lenses may appear slightly stuck together inside the blister pack due to temperature changes during shipping or long-distance storage. This is normal and can usually be resolved easily.
Please follow these steps before wearing:
1. Carefully remove the lenses together with the solution.
2. Soak the lenses in fresh contact lens solution for 5–10 minutes.
3. Gently move the edge of the lens with clean fingertips until it separates naturally.
4. Do not pull the lenses apart forcefully or use fingernails, as this may damage the lens.
5. After separating, check the lenses carefully for any tears, cracks, or damage before use.
If the lens appears damaged or uncomfortable to wear, please stop using it and contact our customer support team for assistance.

1. Always wash and dry your hands before handling lenses.
2. Always use fresh contact lens solution.
3. Never wear damaged lenses.
4. If you experience discomfort, redness, or irritation, remove the lenses immediately.
