1. Does Myeyebb ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

2. When can you ship my order ?
Packages will be dispatched from china within 48–72 hours of placing the order (except holidays). At the same time, you will receive a notification email in your mailbox after the package is shipped. 4. How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $30. Otherwise, it will cost $8.99 by default logistics.Some countries will charge $12.99 (Puerto Rico and Brazil)
5. Will I have to pay taxes?

6. How can I track my order?

7. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.myeyebb.com. We'll resend a new one or give you a full refund.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at contact@mail.myeyebb.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once in the ready-to-delivery state, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
