Return/Refund Policy


Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return/Refund Conditions:

1. The after-sale warranty period is 14 days upon receiving the parcel (according to the logistic information).

2. Returned items must be unopened and in good condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. Please contact us before returning any items.You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

If you discover any quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc.) within the after-sale warranty period, please contact us immediately and provide clear pictures of the defective item. We will replace it after inspection. Please do not discard the lenses and packaging until your issue is resolved.

Return/Refund Process
1. Please email us first, and we will write back to you asap. Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason.

2. Put the item in its original packaging.
Returns are allowed if the packaging of the product is intact and the product has not been opened, which will not affect the secondary sales.

3. Hand over the package to the carrier.
After returning the package to us, please provide the tracking number and website to track the logistics information.

4. We have received your return package.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you informing you that we have received your returned item. We will check if the package is in good condition once and notify you to approve or deny the refund.

Special Case:

  • Purchase error:

If you mistakenly order the wrong prescription or wrong color, and you want a replacement, you will need to return the product to us, and we will resend it to you, please note we will charge $16.99 for shipping

  • Personal reasons: I don't like/subjectively think the color is not good-looking

1. If you don't like the products and it has been open, you need to cut the lens in half (refer to the picture) and contact us within 14 days, we will refund the money to the shopping card in your account. You can check your balance at any time by logging into your account. More than 14 days, we cannot refund.
